An informational site. Nothing is bought or booked here: if you want to train with Ramon, you write to him and you talk it through. Price and terms are agreed away from this site.

There are no forms, no accounts and no checkout. If you don't write to us, we don't know you were here.

When you do write —by WhatsApp, phone or email— we do handle what you tell us:

Purpose: To answer you and, if you decide to train, to write your plan and follow it up
Legal basis: Your consent when you write to us (GDPR art. 6.1.a) and, if you sign up, performance of the contract (art. 6.1.b)
How long: While we are talking and, if you train, for as long as the relationship lasts. After that, whatever the statutory periods require
Who else sees it: Nobody. Nothing is sold or shared. If you write by WhatsApp, the message passes through WhatsApp Ireland Ltd., which has its own policy

You can ask for access to your data, or to have it corrected, erased, restricted or ported, and you can object to the processing. An email to ramontorneserra@gmail.com is enough. If you think we have got it wrong, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, AEPD.
